Tate Raboin leads the coaching team at Building Champions Football Academy in Kansas City, offering tackle, 7v7, flag, camps, and personalized training for youth athletes.
He played quarterback at St. Thomas Aquinas High School in Overland Park, KS, and continued his career at the University of Central Missouri, earning Academic Honor Roll recognition.
After college, Tate served as quarterbacks coach at St. Thomas Aquinas and founded the TR QB Academy to train quarterbacks in mechanics, leadership, and competition. He also directs the Nike Football Skills Development Camp at Homefield in Kansas City.
Tate’s coaching emphasizes safety, discipline, and technical skill. His philosophy focuses on developing the whole athlete — on and off the field.

Jayden Russell is currently the Defensive Coordinator for Building Champions Football Academy.
Jayden played at Saint Thomas Aquinas before playing his collegiate career at Miami OH, to play football for 2 years which earned him a MAC Championship. Jayden later on transferred to Central Missouri where he finished his football career.
Jayden brings great insight to not only defensively, but on the recruiting side of things. Jayden is excited to give back to the younger generation and mold young men.

Isreal Watson is currently the WR Coach for Building Champions Football Academy.
Isreal Watson played at Shawnee Mission West High School before continuing his collegiate career at BUCO, KSTATE, SW Oklahoma State. Israel had a stint in the NFL with Commanders and Chiefs.
He’s eager to influence athletes to become better versions of themselves on and off the field, and reach heights they never thought were achievable.
